6:30 p.m. : ROUNDTABLE ON MAD SKILLS

Mad skills: late recognition or fleeting trend? WATs4U brings together Chris Delepierre (meaningful optimism entrepreneur) and Juliette Hua (coach and consultant) to gather their vision of the importance of Mad Skills and answer your questions.

Chris Delepierre :

Chris Delepierre is an optimistic, meaningful entrepreneur with multiple commitments. A graduate of Centrale Lille and Skema Business School, he worked for more than a year at the Alliances Network / World Forum Lille in the fields of CSR and responsible economy. Since 2015, he has been developing the social enterprise Trézorium in the field of creative and digital education and which sets up spaces for the release and creation of ideas (fablabs) for children and older children. Professional speaker, APM expert on intergenerational issues, positive conspirator within the Institut des Futurs Desirables, member of the #Leplusimportant think tank and of the Reconnaître association, Chris is particularly interested in open badges, the educational responsibility of business as well as EdTech. He thus chairs the Edtech Hauts-de-France regional association and co-hosts the dynamic Badgeons les Hauts-de-France.

Juliette Hua :

A graduate of ESCP EUROPE in 1996, Juliette is a coach and consultant, with 20 years' experience in recruitment, assessment and development of executives and managers (management, career coaching, public speaking). Trained in opera singing and comedy in parallel, she has an artistic practice of more than fifteen years, on stage in comedies and operettas by Offenbach, and on screen in parody series on the net and on Canal+. . It is the synthesis of these two universes that has allowed him to enrich his own development but also to integrate into his coaching practice an approach and tools for exploring and developing soft skills for his clients.

Franck Jeuffroy :

A graduate of the École Polytechnique and the National Agronomic Institute of Paris-Grignon, Franck Jeuffroy has embraced multiple careers: management of international emergency programs for an NGO, actor-singer, consultant in project management and strategy, partner in a luxury tour operator, yoga teacher, life coach... His insatiable curiosity gradually focused on the triptych "consciousness - body - spirit". Currently, in parallel with his artistic activity as 'movement director' and his role as coordinator of WATs4U (collective of associations of prestigious Grandes Ecoles whose objective is to facilitate the professional development of their alumni), Franck accompanies leaders and creative in individual coaching and leads workshops and seminars around self-knowledge, collective intelligence and happiness. Her unique approach, at the crossroads between psychology, philosophy, art and neuroscience, is enriched by her experiences in theatre, yoga, 'mindfulness', somatic coaching and 'flow state'.
