Intelcia is a BPO/CRM company with 35,000+ employees / 750 M€ turnover in 2021, acting in EU, Africa, Latam.

Reporting to the CEO, I led global initiatives, to enable international expansion, drive post-merger integrations, introduce innovation and technology change, such as:
Commercial strategy development: Following the acquisition and integration of several major operations into Intelcia, redesigned the commercial strategy to address 4 markets and restructured the sales force team (job descriptions & recruitment, performance measures and process industrialisation (digitalisation, lean improvements), generating now above 16M€ per annum of additional revenue.
Global Operating Model redesign: Established a new operating model to support Intelcia’s ambition to grow turnover 10x and open new international markets. Led the rollout on 3 continents.
Post-Acquisition integration: Led the post-acquisition integration in Indian Ocean, North Africa, South-Europe and the Caribbean (above 5,000 people), aligning acquired entity with corporate strategy and operations. The company is now acting as one brand and focusing on new markets.
Executive Leadership: As Country GM of Madagascar, led the country operations of 1,000 FTEs, streamlining the local organisation before the recruitment of the new GM, solving usual merger challenges combined with health and security challenges. Introduced new structure to foster teamwork and coached several managers that are now directors within the group.
Client & Account Management: Completed assignments for the CEO including transforming the commercial relationship with key clients in Morocco (Telecom) and France (Insurance) to rebuilt failing relationships.

G&J Consulting is a boutique consulting and interim management firm, supporting companies striving to implement operational strategies that deliver high-quality results.

As Managing Director / Chief Operating Officer, I worked with leaders of selected clients. My role was to plan, mobilise teams and execute the projects. I have been responsible for client relationships and business development alongside my delivery role.
Strategy & TOM: For a leader in the Petrochemical sector in Saudi Arabia I led the warehousing strategy and business modelling of MRO parts handling (~500 M€ in value). Modelled the SAP data and defined the new strategy which was approved and adopted by the shareholders.
Restructuring: For a leader in the Oil & Gas sector in Romania: led the restructuring of logistic operations post-acquisition, to reduce costs drastically. Full audit of all logistics leading to re-organisation including headcount reduction and innovation to reduce breakages during delivery - significant cost reduction.
Business Transformation: For an NGO in the Microfinance sector in Kyrgyztan: parachuted in as CEO (interim) of the subsidiary, to turnaround the unit into a profit-centre, acquiring and serving new paying clients in Zambia and Malawi.
Distress management: For a leader in the Automotive sector in Morocco: parachuted in as CIO / CTO to handle continuity risk and transform business operational performance after technology collapse and HR crisis. Rebuilt the technology team and the company is now fast growing.
IT Strategy: For a leader in the Luxury sector in France I took the CIO role to reshape overall IT infrastructure as well as cost reduction initiatives. Migrated legacy systems to digital platforms, transforming to cloud-based and SaaS infrastructure. A new IT Director was appointed and the role successfully transitioned.
Operational leadership: For a leader in the E-commerce sector in the Philippines took the role of SVP Special Projects to lead by example the warehouse and logistics teams, during Black Friday and Christmas period, with very limited IT resources, to improve operations by 1,500+ pickups & 80k parcels/day.
Digital transformation: For a fast-growing BPO player in Morocco, led processes design and IT projects (WFM, BI, Quality, Payroll) to fit business strategy following a strategic merger, selected IT providers and experts, negotiated SLAs and contracts details, and drove the first setup and partnership.
Technology implementation: For a leading brand in the Real Estate franchise sector in Russia and Israel I implemented business operations technology, underpinning business expansion in the region.
